At Pebblebee, we stand behind our tracking technology and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee to ensure you never lose what matters most. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your device in its original condition for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Pebblebee device in its original packaging, including all charging cables and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
